Shipping Policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Please note that these timeframes may be extended during busy periods. All orders are delivered by our third-party courier partners. A confirmation email will be sent once your parcel has been handed to the courier, and delivery details will be included in this email. Deliveries usually reach customers within 2–5 working days after the courier has collected the order. Updates regarding your order will be communicated as soon as they become available. If you receive a confirmation email with timeframes that have not been met, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further.

Cost of delivery is charged at a standard rate of £4.99. Orders over £500 may be eligible for free delivery; please contact us to arrange this. Please note that the £4.99 delivery charge still applies to orders that are cancelled after dispatch confirmation has been issued.

Return & Exchange Policy
You may return items for a full refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if you have received a faulty item, in line with your legal rights and our returns policy. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after your order. We offer a returns service at a fixed cost of £10. If you wish to use this service, please follow the instructions provided in your delivery note. If you prefer to arrange your own return, please contact us with the return details and the date we can expect to receive the returned goods.
